Your main responsibilities will include:
Conducting training and workshops in retail stores for the Retail teams. This includes
providing individual coaching to employees and store managers to enhance retail
performance, customer relationship management, and the monitoring of key performance
Developing localized training programs focused on after-sales service and customer
Monitoring training activities by regularly tracking and proactively communicating module
participation rates through the internal application.
Creating and disseminating an annual training calendar tailored to the specific geographical
Budget management, store list completion, result analysis, and debriefing in partnership with
the Retail Manager.
Providing support and training to Wholesale clients. This entails establishing and sharing an
annual training calendar for the region and conducting regular visits to clients to drive
performance through activities such as merchandising.
You must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in a trainer position
within the premium retail or luxury sector.
Fluency in both French and German is mandatory, along with a good command of English.
You should have a strong leadership quality, team motivation skills, analytical mindset,
problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to unify teams.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with an
entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Your proficiency with digital tools is also essential for success in this role.
